Out of the four electroplating tanks, two tanks are equipped with heaters, temperature sensors, and liquid level control sensors. This configuration ensures precise temperature and solution level control during critical electroplating stages, contributing to stable and reliable process performance. In addition, the Mars machine features a cathode movement system in all four tanks, which plays a key role in achieving uniform electroplated layers and enhancing the final surface quality. Through the machine’s control panel, operators can accurately adjust electroplating voltage and process time, providing high flexibility and full control over the electroplating process.
